Still Photography

I use a method of real estate photography known as flash/ambient blending. This technique produces incredibly accurate color balance and provides for a more realistic look for your photos. Achieving the same, if not better, dynamic range as HDR photography, flash/ambient blending allows even light in all areas of the photo and achieves property exposed exterior window views. Exterior shots are accomplished through bracketed exposures where needed and sky replacements are added as required. Photos are delivered via Dropbox and come in high-res print quality and compressed versions for the MLS. All photos are sequentially ordered and arranged for easy upload to the MLS.

Aerial Photography

Utilizing state of the art optics available on newer drones I’m able to add unique perspectives and show a more expansive view of the listing property with quality on par with some of the most professional grade DSLRs. Shot types can range from property overviews with added property boundary markings, top-down perspectives detailing the home footprint or entire property dimensions, and detail shots inaccessible from the ground. Aerial photos are included with any still photography package at no extra cost. Like any ground based still photography, these photos will be delivered in both high-res and compressed files for use in either print, online advertisement, or MLS upload.

360° Photosphere Tours

Almost like being there, these interactive 360° tours provide high definition and high dynamic range imagery edited to provide a one of a kind experience. All tours are created using a DSLR which will provide much higher resolution and dynamic range than a standard 3D tour camera used by such services like Matterport. 360° photosphere tours will cover the entire house, immediate front and back yards, and have at minimum two aerial photospheres showcasing the entire property. All tours will be hosted for 1 year and include branded and unbranded MLS versions. 360° photosphere tours can be provided for both homes and vacant land.

Videography

Using both gimbal-stabilized footage from on the ground and in the sky, I’m able to craft a cinematic video tour that your clients and buyers will fall in love with. Color graded and professionally edited, listing videos will include exterior and interior scenes showcasing the property. Soundtracks are placed over every video and graphics packages showing dimensions, property lines, informational overlays, and points of interest can be added. All videos are hosted for 1 year and uncompressed full size video files can be delivered over Dropbox if requested.
